The proposal is located on a narrow plot in between buildings overlooking the Lima Golf Club park. The dwellings are duplexes and are distributed around a large double height private terrace fitted with a private pool and a garden. The structural morphology manages to compartmentalise the spaces minimizing the need for any internal partitions.
