The project takes advantage of the great opportunity that a corner plot provides to experiment with volumes and voids. The context is characterized by a series of attached houses with facades aligned to the adjacent roads, this free area on the corner generates a space with opportunities establishing a direct relationship with the city whilst ensuring the user’s privacy. The perimeter wall and extension of the facade embrace and protects this courtyard that serves as a pre-lobby to the house.
