In a characteristic place in the city centre of Madrid lies this apartment building. Its rehabilitation works focuses on the recovery of Madrid’s traditional plastering details and on the repair of the wooden cornice. It was especially challenging to find a suitable mechanical and electrical internal layout to reroute all the existing piping and wiring from the facade.
