The project is based on the analysis of the typical architectural style of the Spanish region of Castilla la Mancha and the application of its principles and language to the design: single height for the cornices, rhythmic and vertical openings, balconies and railings, clean volumes painted in white and a building to ground junction solved by a prominent plinth. Following these principles a single entrance point is proposed serving as a large main entrance from where all external corridors give access to each dwelling.
