The initial idea of an hermetic facade results in a volume that folds back on itself to open views to the South and avoid North facing aspects. The “Soto-Martin” house distributes its internal spaces in relation to a landscaped garden and reserves the top floor for the main and secondary bedrooms. Pedestrian access is designed via a series of enlarging spaces which result in a lobby from which the entire project is perceived.
