This group of houses is located on a narrow plot on which it is not feasible to free space in front of its facades. Each house is therefore designed around a central double height space which captures light from above. In this large interior space the vertical volume of the stairs is attached centralising all circulations, capturing light and grouping living areas becoming therefor the driver of the project.
