The project’s main idea is to free the whole ground floor level converting it into a green area and allocate all living spaces on the upper floors. This generates at ground level a continuous external porticoed vehicular and pedestrian entrance area. The volume is conceived as a single white brick prism pierced by deep recesses cladded in warm wood tones. The floors are stacked around an inner courtyard that visually connects the houses with the green zones at ground floor.
