A small plot in front of the church and near the town hall holds a number of different public services. The building’s massing is shaped based on the relationship with the neighbouring buildings. The access paths into the building are strategically located to activate unused areas of the neighbourhood. The building occupies the whole plot and activates the highways network at a key point of the urban fabric.
